In the first step of drawing, adjust the drawing paper on the drawing board. Using a pointer, draw the outlines of the body. First, draw the curves as the wrinkles of the eyes. Join the three curves together in a row.
On the left and right-sided curve, draw the eyes of the cat. Draw circles for the eyes. Now trace one outer layer of the circle. Leave a corner from the side of inner circles. Shade to the rest of the inner eyes.
Below the central curve, draw an oval for the nose. To its lower side, enlarge the curves below the first oval. These curves show the nostrils of a cat. Below the nostrils draw one more curve.

In the second step of drawing, draw the ears of the cat. Draw curves to both sides of the eyes. Also, draw a curve for the head. Join these curves to ear lines. Trace the outer line of each side. For the cheeks of the cat, draw zig-zag lines. Complete the drawing according to the given picture above.
Cat Drawing For Beginners Step 3
In the third step of drawing, draw a collar around the neck. Using curved lines, draw a strip of the collar to the neck of the cat. Now draw a curved knot of the collar according to the given picture. Draw the front legs of the cat. The cat is in a sitting position.
For the arms of a cat, draw curved outlines. At the end of these lines, draw the paws and fingers of the cat. The one arm of the cat is lying on the other. Draw the lower paws that can be seen from the upper paws. See the progress from the given picture above.
Cat Drawing For Beginners Step 4
In the fourth step with the cat’s family drawing, draw the baby of the cat that is lying on the back of the cat. First, draw its ears that are curved in shape. Draw the head of the baby cat using a curve in the central space of the ears.
To draw its eyes, nose, and wrinkles, use the same procedure of steps 1 and 2. Complete the outline of the face. Now draw its arm and paws using parallel but curved lines. The back leg of the baby cat is also on the back of the mother cat.
We are going to draw one more baby from the cat. In this step, just draw the upper body of this cat. Draw the head, ears, eyes, nose, and face outline just the same as the cat. Look at the given picture above.

In the fifth step of drawing, complete the drawing of the cat and its second baby. Using curves, draw the central body and back of the cat. Now draw its legs and paws. For the fingers of the baby cat, draw curves to the ends of the legs.
To the back legs of the mother cat, start drawing the curves to the left side of the baby cat. Join five curves together to make its sitting position.
Draw curves for the fingers. For the bottom side of the feet, draw some rounded and closed shapes. As you can see from the given picture.
Cat Drawing For Beginners Step 6
In the final step of drawing, draw the third baby cat that is lying near the neck of the cat. The drawing of this cat is the same as the others. Take a light grey shade of oil pastel color and spread it to some parts of the drawing.
Fold a tissue paper thrice. Rub its layers across the shaded parts. Create softness using this way. Using a pale green pencil color, fill the eyes of each cat.
In the ears of cats, use a pink color pencil. To the collar of the cat, use pink marker color. All these shades give the cat’s family a soft and cute look.
The drawing of the cat’s family is complete now. You can see the final look from the given picture above.
