In the first step, set your drawing paper on the drawing board. Start from the face of the clown. First, draw the horrible eyes. Draw curves for the upper eyelids lines. From the sides of these curves, draw the lower outline of the eyes. Inside the eyes, draw curves for eye lenses.

Above the eyes, draw layers for eyebrows. Below the eyes, draw an oval for the nose. Draw a big curve for the smile. The mouth of Pennywise is open. For the lower lips, draw two curved lines. Inside the mouth, draw the teeth of the clown. As you can see from the given picture above.

In the second step, draw a big outline for the face. From the lower side, it is “V” shaped. It is vertical from the sides and curved from the top. To the sides of the face outline, draw curves for the ears of the clown. Below the ears of this monster, draw zig-zag lines for the outermost line of hairs. From the central top of the head, draw a curve. You can see the hair pattern is adding a horrible effect to the drawing.

In the third step with clown drawing, draw the crust trough line around the neck. Start from one ear and move to the other ear for this line.

Now make this line double layered. Then from there, draw two parallel vertical lines having some distance. Join the ends of these lines through two parallel horizontal lines. To the central position, draw circles as the dress buttons.

After this, draw the bottom part of the dress using curved lines. Follow the given picture above.

In the fourth step of Pennywise drawing, let’s draw the legs. Below the bottom of the dress, draw four parallel lines for both legs. Now draw a curved zig-zag lining pattern for the bottom of the pants. Below the ending of legs, draw the shoes of the clown. Draw a small circle on each shoe as a design.

Draw the arms of Pennywise. Below the dress neck, draw two oval on the right side. Join two parallel lines with these ovals. At the ending of these lines, draw a bell pattern on the front of the sleeve. Do the same with another arm. See from the given picture.

In the fifth step of drawing a creepy clown, draw its hands. Right in front of sleeves, draw an opened hand to the right side. Use lines for this purpose. The other hand is closed and holding a balloon rope. Let’s draw this rope.

Draw a vertical straight line moving from the hand to the hair. For the balloon, draw an oval to the top of the rope. Also draws the neck area of the balloon as shown in the picture. Thick the eyebrows, eyelids. To give it a more horror touch, draw two curves emerging from both the sides of the lips. Drag these curves above the eyes.

In the last step of drawing, give more details to the dress and shoes. Draw many small curves to each one of the dresses. Give this lining pattern to the shoes of the clown. Now start the coloring step. The balloon, lips, nose, and button belt is red.

Fill it also in the shoes’ circles. The hair of Pennywise is brown. Use grey shade to the dress. The collar around the neck is a light shade of pale orange. You can see the final look from the picture for best understanding.
